Standard shipping in the U.S. is free on any order above $50. Your order total must be $50 before tax is applied and after any discounts.

Yes, you can track your package using the tracking information on your shipment email once your order ships.
Please use the tracking number provided to check on your order location.

Ina is closed on weekends and major holidays. Most orders take up to 2 business days to process. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take longer to process.

Allow up to 10 business days from when the order is first scanned by the carrier to deliver. Use your tracking number to find the location of your order.

Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information.

Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues.

Ina Labs cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Ina Labs is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please email hello@inalabs.com and let us know your correct address.

We're unable to edit the items in an order or cancel an order once it has processed. However, please contact us while we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, we will do our best help in accommodating your request.

We love our products and hope you will too. If you don't for any reason, you can receive a full refund within 30 days.
